3 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid recorded his second consecutive 36-point performance on Tuesday against Toronto, adding 11 rebounds, four assists and one block to his line with two turnovers. He finished with 11-for-16 shooting from the field and went 12-for-14 at the line with a 2-for-3 record from deep. Embiid has bagged four double-doubles on the bounce and he's gone for 30-plus points in four of his last five outings. The run started with a 32-point effort against the Nets, who have to face Embiid again on Thursday. Brooklyn has actually been good defensively against opposing bigs this season, but as we all know, Embiid can be unstoppable when he's on his game, and that certainly seems to be the case right now.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
