5 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers pitcher Jimmy Nelson (lower body) will throw a bullpen session on Friday. Initially a candidate for the final rotation spot, Nelson's injury has set him back, and the best-case scenario now is that he opens the 2020 season in the bullpen for the Dodgers. The 30-year-old had a really solid year in 2017 for the Brewers, but he injured his shoulder at the end of that season and has mostly been hurt ever since. There's some NL-only and DFS streaming appeal if he's making starts at all for the Dodgers at some point this year, but he'll have little to no fantasy value coming out of the bullpen.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
