6 years agoMilwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Jimmy Nelson (shoulder) threw four innings in a simulated game in Arizona on Monday and it "went well," according to manager Craig Counsell. Nelson will do one more simulated game before the team decides where to send him on a minor league rehab assignment, most likely with Triple-A San Antonio. The right-hander missed all of last season after having shoulder surgery, but he should be an option for the starting rotation when he's healthy enough to return. Nelson is a watch candidate for those in deep mixed leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
