5 years agoThe New York Jets are acquiring wide receiver Demaryius Thomas from the Patriots in exchange for a 2021 sixth-round pick on Tuesday, according to sources. Thomas was inactive on Sunday night in Week 1 against the Steelers and just wasn't going to crack the gameday roster, especially after the Pats signed Antonio Brown. Coming off a serious Achilles injury in 2018, there's no guarantee that Thomas makes noise in his new home, but he will be reuniting with Adam Gase. Thomas is strictly a player to watch in deeper leagues, but his presence in New York isn't good news for Quincy Enunwa and Jamison Crowder.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
