Jets Open To Trading Robby Anderson
5 years agoThe New York Jets have made it clear to other teams that wide receiver Robby Anderson is available before the Oct. 29 trade deadline for the right price, according to sources. The Jets are looking to add 2020 draft capital in the midst of another lost season. The Eagles had interest in Anderson last year, but the Jets held onto him. Anderson is scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent after this year and has 17 catches for 266 yards and one touchdown in six games. He's led the team in catches each of the last two seasons and had his breakout in 2017. Anderson is more appealing as a WR3 in fantasy with Sam Darnold back in the fold, although there is still a lot of volatility. If he were to be traded, Jamison Crowder and Demaryius Thomas would become more attractive to fantasy owners.
