5 years agoNew York Mets infielder Jeff McNeil (hamstring) will take batting practice on Wednesday as he works his way back from a hamstring strain that has kept him out since Aug. 13. The 27-year-old has done nothing but hit since debuting last year and has a useful .332/.400/.529 line with 15 homers, 67 runs, 55 RBI and four steals this year in his 397 at-bats. McNeil could return to the team at the end of this month or early in September and deserves to be stashed in all formats.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
