6 years agoNew York Mets manager Mickey Callaway is hoping that infielder/outfielder Jeff McNeil (abdomen) will be able to start on Saturday. McNeil is day-to-day and struck out in his only plate appearances on Friday, so there's a good chance he's back in there on Saturday against Marlins right-hander Pablo Lopez. McNeil isn't killing it in the counting stats, but his slash line of .351/.439/.480 is useful in all fantasy leagues. He might start seeing a little more time in the outfield with Michael Conforto (concussion) on the shelf and Keon Broxton designated for assignment.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
