Jarvis Landry Expected To Play Outside
6 years agoCleveland Browns wide receiver Jarvis Landry, who led the NFL with 112 catches last year, is expected to start on the outside in offensive coordinator Todd Haley's offense. Landry is the first receiver in NFL history with 400 catches in his first four seasons. With Landry excelling from the slot in his time with Miami, it would make much more sense for him to stick in that spot with his new team, but Cleveland figures to move him around and use him for deep routes, too. It's pretty obvious that Landry will see fewer targets in 2018, and he'll have to work with a new quarterback in Tyrod Taylor. He's a No. 2 receiver in PPR leagues, but you should fully expect the yardage, catch and touchdown totals to come down from his career year in 2017.
