6 years agoArizona Diamondbacks outfielder Jarrod Dyson is starting in center field and is batting leadoff on Friday night against Dodgers starter Ross Stripling. Outfielder Adam Jones, the leadoff hitter on Opening Day, is hitting cleanup. With Dyson in center, Ketel Marte will move to second base, meaning Wilmer Flores has the night off. Lefty Jake Lamb is also starting at first base over Christian Walker. Dyson can run and score runs, but he has a limited DFS ceiling with zero power to speak of. Jones is in decline as he ages but showed on Thursday that he can still swing the bat and drive in runs. Lamb, who struggles to hit left-handers, might be in a platoon at first with Walker in 2019.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
