Jamison Crowder, Denzel Mims Active On Sunday
3 years agoNew York Jets wide receivers Jamison Crowder (groin) and Denzel Mims are active in Week 4 against the Tennessee Titans. Crowder will be making his 2021 season debut after missing the first two games while on the COVID-19 list and last week with a groin injury that has been bothering him since training camp. The veteran slot man could become a valuable safety blanket for rookie quarterback Zach Wilson underneath, but there's a chance he's limited in his first game back, making him an extremely risky fantasy play. Mims had a 40-yard reception in the season opener, but he has been a healthy scratch the last two weeks. He finds his way back onto the field with both rookie Elijah Moore and Jeff Smith out with concussions. Mims has big-play ability, but he's too far down the pecking order to matter in fantasy right now.
