6 years agoPittsburgh Steelers running back James Conner (concussion) remains in the concussion protocol, but head coach Mike Tomlin said that Conner will be given an opportunity to practice on Wednesday, which should "lay those discussions to bed." Barring a setback, Conner should be good to go for Week 11 against the Jaguars. With Le'Veon Bell now unlikely to report on Tuesday, it looks like Conner will remain the team's lead back for the rest of the season.
