6 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston, currently serving a three-game suspension, is being sued by the Arizona Uber driver who accused him of sexual assault by groping her in March of 2016. Kate P. is seeking more than $75,000 in damages. Winston hasn't been criminally charged in the incident and is unlikely to face further suspension from the NFL. With Ryan Fitzpatrick playing magically over the first two weeks, the Bucs coaching staff has been non-committal about immediately returning Winston to the starting role in Week 4.
