2 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts (shoulder) was seen doing some throwing at the start of Thursday's practice. It's more than Hurts did last week, but there's still a chance he'll be listed as a non-participant on Thursday's final injury report after he was a DNP on Wednesday. The 24-year-old is dealing with a sprained right shoulder and missed the Week 16 loss to the Dallas Cowboys. Although the Eagles have yet to lock up a first-round bye and home-field advantage in the NFC postseason, they could very well err on the side of caution and hold Hurts out for a second straight game this Sunday against the New Orleans Saints. Check back later for Hurts' official practice status. If he doesn't get cleared this weekend, Gardner Minshew will have plenty of QB2 upside in what would be his second start of the year.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
