Jaguars Expected To Hire John DeFilippo
6 years agoThe Jacksonville Jaguars are expected to hire former Minnesota Vikings offensive coordinator John DeFilippo as their next offensive coordinator on Wednesday, according to sources. DeFilippo was fired midseason after running a very bland scheme with plenty of playmakers in Minnesota. He drew rave reviews for working with both Carson Wentz and Nick Foles on the way to a Super Bowl championship last season, and he'll be expected to do the same with whoever Jacksonville chooses to be their next quarterback. This offense could very well remain ground-and-pound with Leonard Fournette, though.
