6 years agoDetroit Tigers outfielder JaCoby Jones (hamstring) ran on Friday for the first time and said he felt good. He expects to be activated from the disabled list when his 10 days are up. Jones is hitting a weak .204/.261/.359 on the season with eight home runs and 26 RBI, but he also has nine stolen bases. If he returns and plays regularly, which he should, he can be an option for speed in AL-only leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
