J.D. Davis Hitting Second Against Marlins
6 years agoNew York Mets third baseman J.D. Davis is starting at third base and batting second on Friday against Marlins starting pitcher Pablo Lopez. Shortstop Amed Rosario drops down to the No. 8 spot, leaving him as one to fade in DFS. Davis is hitting .269/.360/.436 with three home runs and eight RBI in 78 at-bats on the year and will be in play as a daily sleeper against the Fish. Todd Frazier, who has been slumping since his return from the injured list, is on the bench again and could stay there when Jed Lowrie (knee) makes his season debut early next week.
