Harrison Bader Back To Full Strength
6 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals outfielder Harrison Bader (hamstring) said his pain has subsided after resting during the All-Star break, and he was considered at full strength on Thursday. However, with manager Mike Matheny's firing, new manager Mike Shildt seems to be giving struggling outfielder Dexter Fowler another chance, which will hurt Bader's playing time. He's been solid this year with a .272 average, six home runs, 14 RBI and nine stolen bases in 184 at-bats, but he might only be an NL-only asset for now.
