Gregory Polanco Making Progress In Rehab
6 years agoPittsburgh Pirates outfielder Gregory Polanco (shoulder), who had surgery to fix a dislocated left shoulder, hit off a tee for the first time on Monday and said he felt great. Polanco has yet to be cleared to throw, but he thinks he will be on the field before June. The left-handed hitter has never hit above .260 in the big leagues, but he did manage a career-high 23 home runs and 81 RBI along with 12 stolen bases in just 130 games in 2018. Because he won't start the year on time, he could be a nice value pick in the later rounds in mixed leagues.
