Gregory Polanco Has Setback
5 years agoPittsburgh Pirates outfielder Gregory Polanco (shoulder) left his rehab game early with Triple-A Indianapolis on Monday with more shoulder tightness. He is taking the day off Monday and will be examined by doctors. He had shoulder on his left shoulder last offseason and didn't really look right this year when he was playing, hitting .242/.301/.425 with six homers, 23 runs, 17 RBI and three steals in 153 at-bats. It's a bad situation for Polanco in fantasy, too, as he's now hurt and the Pirates roster is full of outfielders performing well such as Melky Cabrera, Starling, Marte, Bryan Reynolds and Corey Dickerson. Polanco isn't a must-hold in mixed leagues.
