5 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles wide receiver Greg Ward is the top option for the slot receiving role in 2020, in the opinion of NFL.com's Gregg Rosenthal. However, the team is suddenly super deep at the position after they drafted Jalen Reagor and John Hightower and traded for Marquise Goodwin. Plus, general manager Howie Roseman would love to see J.J. Arcega-Whiteside, a second-rounder last year, make an impact after struggling in his rookie season. Philly also has Alshon Jeffery and deep-threat DeSean Jackson trying for bounce-back seasons after injury-plagued ones in 2019. Ward could carve out a nice slot role in this improved offense, but he's unlikely to see a big enough target share to carve out a fantasy relevant role in most standard-sized leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
