6 years agoThe Miami Marlins placed first baseman/outfielder Garrett Cooper on the 10-day injured list for the second time this year on Saturday with a left hand contusion and recalled outfielder Peter O'Brien from Triple-A New Orleans in a corresponding move. Cooper was hit by a pitch on Tuesday in his first game back after missing the previous month with a left calf strain. Cooper just hasn't stayed healthy so far in the big leagues and should be ignored everywhere. O'Brien is 3-for-27 (.111) in nine games this year with a homer and three walks. He'll only be an option in deep NL-only leagues with occasional playing time.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
