Ezekiel Ansah Signs With Seahawks
6 years agoThe Seattle Seahawks signed free-agent defensive end Ezekiel Ansah to an undisclosed one-year deal on Wednesday, according to a source. The former Detroit Lion pass rusher will try to help fill the void on the defensive line that was left when Frank Clark was traded to the Chiefs just several weeks ago. The fifth overall pick of the 2013 draft still has potential, but he has been set back by injuries throughout his career and hasn't played a full season since 2015. When on the field, though, he should be a difference-maker with his new team. Ansah had just four sacks in seven games in 2018 but has reached double-digit sacks two different times in his career.
