Evan Fournier Comes To Life Against Lakers
3 years agoNew York Knicks guard/forward Evan Fournier broke out of a slump on Tuesday, leading the team with 26 points in a 106-100 win over the Lakers. He matched his season high with six made triples and shot 8-for-14 overall from the field with a perfect 4-for-4 record at the foul line. The Frenchman's work also included a pair of assists with four rebounds and two turnovers in 42 minutes. Fournier posted just three points in his last outing and hadn't hit the 20-point plateau since starting off his Knicks career with a 32-point effort against Boston. It's been a miserable ride for him at the Big Apple so far, but maybe this will help him to get going now.
