8 months agoMiami Marlins starting pitcher Eury Perez (elbow) was recently placed on the 15-day injured list. Luckily, it sounds like the right-hander is making solid progress. On Friday, it was reported that Perez was throwing from 105 feet. It's good to see him getting in some action after going down with left elbow inflammation. He was able to mix in some breaking balls during his long toss session on Thursday. The team is likely going to take the cautious approach here, so fantasy managers might have to be patient.
