Eli Manning Likely To Retire
5 years agoNew York Giants quarterback Eli Manning will likely retire at the end of this season rather than hold the clipboard again for Daniel Jones. If Manning wants to continue playing, he'll have to do so with another team in 2020, as he's set to become a free agent after this season. If this is indeed the end of the line for the first overall pick of the 2004 draft, the younger Manning will end his storied career with 57,023 yards on a 60.3 completion percentage with 366 touchdowns and 244 interceptions in the regular season. He'll be best known for defeating Tom Brady and the Patriots twice in the Super Bowl. Manning had a nice send-off with the Giants on Dec. 15 against the Dolphins by throwing for 283 yards and two touchdowns in the 36-20 home win.
