Eddie Rosario, Mitch Garver Likely Done For The Year
6 years agoMinnesota Twins outfielder Eddie Rosario (quadriceps) and catcher Mitch Garver (concussion) will head back to Minnesota and are both likely done for the year. Rosario will undergo an MRI exam on his right quadriceps. They can both be dropped in single-year formats. Rosario was one of the few bright spots for the Twins this year, hitting .288/.323/.479 with 24 home runs, 77 RBI and eight stolen bases. Jake Cave and Johnny Field should see more time in the outfield to close out the year. With Garver out, Willians Astudillo and Chris Gimenez will split catching duties the rest of the way.
