Donovan Mitchell Continues Tear With Another 42-Point Game
4 years agoUtah Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell spit flames once more on Monday night against Washington, racking up a game-high 42 points in a 125-121 loss on 14-for-32 shooting from the field. He finished 4-for-11 from outside and 10-for-12 at the charity stripe, capping things off with six assists, three rebounds and one steal. Mitchell has now dropped 42 points in back-to-back games, and he's averaging 40.5 points per game in his past four outings. The two-time All-Star will look to continue his hot scoring stretch on Tuesday in a favorable matchup against OKC.
