Dodgers Moving Focus To J.T. Realmuto
6 years agoThe Los Angeles Dodgers are focusing on a potential trade for Miami Marlins catcher J.T. Realmuto, with intensive talks on-going. The Dodgers have been one of a handful of teams interested in the backstop all offseason, but things may be getting more serious. Realmuto hit .277/.340/.484 with 21 home runs and 74 RBI last year and has become one of the best offensive catchers in the game. He's ranked as RotoBaller's second fantasy catcher behind Gary Sanchez and would be even more valuable if he landed in LA. That would make Austin Barnes and Russell Martin backups. Catching prospect Keibert Ruiz could be involved in a potential package for Miami. Stay tuned.
