Devontae Booker Expected To Enter Season As Starter
6 years agoDenver Broncos running back Devontae Booker is expected to start the team's Sept. 9 opener against the Seahawks, with rookie Royce Freeman pushing him for touches. De'Angelo Henderson is expected to be third on the depth chart entering training camp. Booker has been better as a receiver (61 catches in his two years) than as a runner (3.6 yards per carry). Booker has looked better as a complementary back so far in his career, but he's worth a mid-round pick in most leagues in what should be an improved offense. This backfield could give fantasy owners headaches this year.
