Derrick Jones Jr. Gets Near A Double-Double In First Start
3 years agoChicago Bulls small forward Derrick Jones Jr. logged his first start of the campaign in Monday's win over the Nuggets, going for 12 points and nine rebounds in 28 minutes on the floor. He shot 5-for-12 from the field with a 1-for-5 record from deep and completed his line with one assist, one block and one turnover. Jones Jr. replaced DeMar DeRozan (health and safety protocols) in the starting five. DeRozan might be missing for a while now, so Jones Jr. could be a nice short-term option for fantasy managers. Although, the Bulls sadly play just two more times this week.
