DeMar DeRozan Struggles His Way To 26 Points
3 years agoChicago Bulls guard/forward DeMar DeRozan notched 26 points in Friday's win at Denver but needed over 20 shots to get there. He finished 7-for-21 from the field and had a 12-for-12 record at the charity stripe while picking up six rebounds and four assists with two steals and zero turnovers in 36 minutes. DeRozan has now shot below 40 percent from the field in four of his last six outings, but he's still somehow shooting over 51 percent for the month, which shows the quality he has. The 32-year-old has fitted in very well at his new club and has formed a great one-two punch with Zach LaVine. The duo will look to rock the Knicks next. DeRozan didn't have a very good night in the first matchup of the season, finishing with only 20 points on 7-for-18 shooting.
