5 years agoJacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Dede Westbrook and cornerback Jalen Ramsey were absent at the start of organized team activities this week. Westbrook is expected to report on Thursday. Ramsey has received criticism from the front office for his absence from offseason workouts, but he'll be there when it matters and remains one of the best cornerbacks in the NFL. Westbrook took a big step last year and caught 66 passes for 717 yards and five touchdowns in his sophomore season, but he'll be the No. 2 wideout in 2019 with Marqise Lee back in the fold.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
