David Moore Could Return Next Week
5 years agoSeattle Seahawks wide receiver David Moore (shoulder) practiced well this week and could return in Week 3, according to head coach Pete Carroll. Moore could become a fixture in three-receiver sets with Tyler Lockett and rookie D.K. Metcalf when he's healthy, but he's realistically only an option for those in deep leagues in a run-first offense. The 24-year-old seventh-round pick in 2017 caught 26 passes for 445 yards and five touchdowns last year. Metcalf has more upside and is the better stash for fantasy owners. Moore missed the Week 1 season opener and will sit out again in Week 2 against the Steelers.
