3 years agoArizona Diamondbacks catcher/outfielder Daulton Varsho is not in the starting lineup for Thursday's game against the Atlanta Braves. The team is going with Carson Kelly behind the plate and Jake McCarthy in center field. Varsho has been a regular in the lineup over the second half of the year and he's strung together some decent stats, especially compared to other catcher-eligible players. Over 15 games in September, he's slashed .259/.283/.466 with two home runs, two stolen bases, eight RBI and seven runs. Fantasy managers in need of catcher help for the final 10 days of the year should take a hard look at Varsho if he's available.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
