5 years agoCleveland Indians pitcher Danny Salazar returned from the injured list to make his first appearance of 2019 on Thursday. Salazar worked as a "modified opener" and tossed four innings, allowing two runs on four hits and three walks. He struck out two and allowed two home runs. Mixed results were expected from Salazar after such a long time away from the mound, but there were some promising signs from the righty. If he can stay healthy and get stretched out to work as a regular starter, he could have some legitimate fantasy value down the stretch.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
