6 years agoDetroit Tigers pitcher Daniel Norris (calf), who dealt with calf cramps in his last start, is on track to make another start on Friday against the Cardinals, according to manager Ron Gardenhire. Norris came off the disabled list and surprisingly held the Yankees to just two earned runs in 4 1/3 innings, striking out a season-high seven. It was just his third start of the season. Norris is 0-3 on the year with a bloated 5.49 ERA, 1.37 WHIP and 25 strikeouts in just 19 2/3 innings. Avoid him at all costs this Friday.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
