3 years agoPortland Trail Blazers point guard Damian Lillard returned to the court with a double-double on Sunday, finishing a 116-111 loss to Minnesota with 24 points on 5-for-17 shooting and 11 rebounds. His awful shooting performance included a 3-for-14 effort from deep, but he managed to hit 11-for-15 at the line. Lillard capped off his line with six assists and five turnovers in 37 minutes. Portland's star man has been trying to play through abdominal pain this season. He took some time off to deal with the issue, and his return to the court didn't go too well, but fingers crossed that Lillard is able to stay in the lineup now and pick up some speed.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
