5 years agoMinnesota Vikings running back Dalvin Cook (shoulder), who has sat out the last two weeks, said he is ready to play in the wild-card game against the Saints this Sunday. “It’s a long season. You go through a lot, your body takes a lot,” Cook said. “I got some rest, and I’m ready to go.” Rookie Alexander Mattison has also missed the last two games. Mike Boone has mostly carried the workload in their absences, but we'd expect Cook and Mattison to share the load against New Orleans this weekend. With some time off, Cook won't be a slam dunk DFS play, especially against a Saints defensive front that was very stingy against opposing running backs all year.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
