1 year agoNew York Jets running back Dalvin Cook has had a slow start to the 2023 campaign, most recently in Week 3 when he carried the ball only eight times for 18 yards and hauled in three catches for an additional 11 yards in a loss to the New England Patriots. While it doesn't help that the Jets have to abandon the run in games as they find themselves down early, Cook was out-touched by fellow RB Breece Hall 26-to-25 this season. Cook does get the most receiving work between the two backs, which slightly elevates his status in a Week 4 matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs. That said, Cook's workload and struggling offense leave him only worthy of consideration as a flex play in deep-league formats. --Mo Aneizi - RotoBaller
