6 years agoMinnesota Vikings running back Dalvin Cook (hamstring) is officially active for Week 9 against the Lions. It will be Cook's first action since Sept. 27 against the Rams. As such, the Vikings are expected to ease him back into action behind Latavius Murray, who has been great the last few weeks in Cook's absence. Because of Cook's limited workload, he should only be started by desperate owners as an RB3/flex. The Vikings will be on their bye in Week 10, so Cook could return to a full workload in Week 11. Murray inevitably will see a lower ceiling this Sunday, but he's still in play as an RB2.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
