4 years agoDallas Cowboys tight end Dalton Schultz has developed into a younger version of Jason Witten; he's a Cowboys tight end who you know won't leave you with a donut, but he lacks much of a ceiling, especially with Andy Dalton under center. Schultz has finished as a TE1 four times this season and has caught at least three passes in 11 of the 14 games he's started. He won't amass much yardage, but he could come down with a touchdown, giving him that slight bit of upside against the New York Giants.
