D.K. Metcalf Not Being Ruled Out For Week 1
5 years agoSeattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll said that rookie wide receiver D.K. Metcalf (knee) is "moving around this week" with hopes of a quick return. The team isn't ruling him for Week 1 yet. There's a chance that Metcalf plays, but if he does, he could have his role limited, making him one to avoid in DFS. He's a physical beast and should have a role opposite Tyler Lockett in his rookie season, which makes him an attractive late-round target. With David Moore also injured, Jaron Brown and Lockett should see heavy targets in the passing game. It remains to be seen who might step up as the No. 3 wideout should Metcalf miss Week 1.
