D.J. Moore Not Seen At Practice
5 years agoCarolina Panthers wide receiver D.J. Moore (concussion) wasn't seen at the portion of practice open to the media on Tuesday, and it's looking like he won't play in Week 17 against the Saints after entering the concussion protocol last Sunday. Moore caught just one pass for a yard before leaving the Week 16 game. With nothing on the line in the season finale, expect the Panthers to rest their second-year wideout. Moore has 87 receptions for 1,175 yards and four touchdowns in his second year in the NFL, and that came with quarterback Cam Newton (foot) missing most of the season. If he misses the final game, Curtis Samuel and Jarius Wright will be the top two wideouts for rookie QB Will Grier against New Orleans.
