6 years agoThe Chicago Cubs signed infielder David Bote to a five-year, $15.003 million extension on Wednesday. The deal includes two option years. The super-utility player doesn't have a ton of fantasy value because of his uncertain playing time, but he's been productive for the Cubs when he's on the field. He already has four hits in 11 at-bats (.364) in 2019 and hit .239 with six home runs and 33 RBI in 74 games for the Cubbies last season.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
