5 years agoChicago Cubs relief pitcher Craig Kimbrel (elbow) will throw a 12-15 pitch simulated game on Tuesday. He has been sidelined the last two weeks due to right elbow inflammation. There is a chance that Kimbrel is ready to return to the bullpen by this weekend, but we'll have to wait and see how he feels.
