4 years agoDallas Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy said that quarterback Dak Prescott has remained in communication with the team despite being in long-term contract negotiations with the front office. "He's involved in a business situation, and I have full confidence he will be ready to go. There has been communication. This is the way these business situations go sometimes, and you respect that," McCarthy said. Prescott has yet to sign his franchise tag, and the two sides still have until July 15 to hammer out an extension. Regardless of whether that comes to pass, Prescott is a top-five QB1 coming off a career season as the Cowboys signal-caller.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
