6 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers shortstop Corey Seager left the game on Thursday after he was hit by a pitch in the game against the Cardinals. Seager had a double, single and run scored in three plate appearances before leaving the game. Make sure to check back to get a more clear diagnosis of Seager's injury and whether he'll have to miss any time. Fantasy owners were hoping for a bounce-back season from the star shortstop in 2019 after he missed most of last year due to elbow and hip injuries. He is hitting .255 with a home run and five RBI in 56 plate appearances so far. Chris Taylor would likely make most of the starts at the 6 if Seager has to miss time.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
