6 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles offensive coordinator Mike Groh said running back Corey Clement wasn't on a "pitch count" last Thursday against the Giants after missing two games with a quadriceps injury. Clement played just 26 offensive snaps, while Wendell Smallwood was in on 44 offensive snaps. "He adds a lot to our offense both as a runner and a receiver and he's always done a really nice job of being conscientious in protection," Groh said. "Having him back and available certainly is a boost for us offensively." Clement should see more work moving forward, starting in Week 7 against the Panthers. He's the better fantasy play over Smallwood as an RB3/flex.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
