Christin Stewart Not Playing Thursday
6 years agoDetroit Tigers outfielder Christin Stewart (quadriceps) is not in the starting lineup on Thursday after he left the game early on Wednesday with an injury. Dustin Peterson is playing left field and hitting sixth against White Sox starter Ivan Nova. Consider Stewart day-to-day for now, but there's still a chance he lands on the injured list. It'd be bad news for an already weak Detroit lineup, as Stewart leads the team with 13 runs batted in despite hitting just .222 (12-for-54). Peterson has only four hits in 27 at-bats (.148) and has struck out 12 times. Avoid him in DFS.
