6 years agoBaltimore Orioles manager Brandon Hyde said first baseman Chris Davis is working on some things and will likely return to the lineup and play on Thursday. Davis has set the MLB record for the longest and worst slump dating back to last season, going hitless in his last 49 at-bats, so he has plenty to work on. He'll draw back into the lineup against A's right-hander Aaron Brooks, which is a good enough matchup on paper. We're not suggesting you put Davis back into DFS lineups anytime soon, however. He's probably not even owned in most season-long leagues, either, and for good reason.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
